Rubrion charges a fixed-fee consulting engagement plus infrastructure passthrough. There are no per-seat fees, no proprietary licensing, and no penalty for offboarding. Pricing scales with infrastructure footprint — when usage grows, only the underlying cloud bill grows with it.
